Powder
Nowadays powder paint is used for products with high requirements. Powder application with a robot allows for precise, consistent coverage and can significantly improve efficiency and productivity. By applying the powder direct at the object there is a possibility not to use powder recovery, get extremely fast color changes and yet reach a sustainable process.
Wet paint
Wet paint application with robot has a long history, with the first paint robot being developed in the late 1960s. Today, it is an essential part of many modern production lines, helping to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output. The robot is equipped with an applicator, gun or bell, together with accessories as gear pumps and color changers.

Robotautomation kan användas för på- och avlastning av produkter på en transportör, för kvalitetskontroll och annan automation i måleriet. För på- och avlastning används automation för att effektivt och plocka på och av produkter från transportören. Inom kvalitetsinspektion kan roboten utrustas med sensorer och kameror för att samla in data.
